Cypress, CA — general area by the Cypress Community Center on Orange Ave.
Exact pickup location is emailed when your order is ready.
Hours
Pickup windows run 9am–9pm, 7 days a week, by reservation only (no walk-ins).
Same-day windows start about 2 hours after you order.
How it works
- 1Place an order online and choose a pickup window, or reserve by messaging us on WhatsApp or Messenger from our contact page.
- 2We hold the sealed item for that window.
- 3Exact address and meeting notes are emailed when your order is ready for pickup.
- 4Pay at pickup with cash or Zelle.
- 5Open the box and inspect all parts before assembling, within 48 hours.
- 6If a part is missing or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of pickup so we can take care of it right away.
- 7We're happy to help.
Payment
Cash or Zelle only, at pickup. We do not charge cards online.
We never ask for payment, deposits, or gift cards before you pick up. If anyone does, it isn't us.
What to bring
Your order confirmation and a working phone for Zelle, or exact cash.
If you can't make your window
Running late or need a new time? Message us before your window and we'll find another slot.
If you miss your window without a word, we'll hold your order for 48 hours and reach out to reschedule. Orders not picked up or rescheduled within 3 days are cancelled and the items go back on sale. Nothing is charged, since you only pay at pickup.
Cancel or change your order
No problem. Message us on WhatsApp or Messenger, or use the contact form, with your order number. Since you pay at pickup, there's no fee to cancel.
Please let us know as early as you can so we can release the item to another shopper.
